Manifesto
Official calendars are brochures. Facebook is a junk drawer. Google is almost right.
A person lands in a scenic town. They have a night. The town has a life. The hotel knows three things. The festival owns its own weekend. Nobody owns true, tonight, for this place.
Yoocal is the index in the middle: quality you can walk, a QR on a pillow, a Friday habit, a playbook. We never invent a ticket price. We do not become AllEvents with nicer CSS. Aspen is not live. Sundance 2027 is Boulder.
Pitch path
Five acts. Click in order.
Presenter route through the expo — what it is, proof city, the desk, moments, then business and what has to be true to win.
Park City live — the flagship as evidence.
Tonight inventory and the district OS.
January week, then the nightstand door.
Merchant path, then what must be true.
Expo
Every stream on one wall.
Park City depth, product, audience, and town modes — same visual system as the flagship.

The town
Park City is live. The expo is how we keep it true.
Open a desk. Walk a district. Plan January without inventing a festival that moved. Put a QR on a nightstand.
