Join us for Heber Valley Wellness for Everyone, a free community event designed to bring together local health resources, wellness partners, and community members for an evening of learning, connection, and fun. Thursday, September 10, 2026 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. Heber City Main Street Park The evening will feature: Special guest speaker Lisa Valentine Clark Community resource booths Health screenings Yoga with Elise Jones Live music Local vendors and wellness partners Activities and resources for healthy living We are especially excited to welcome Lisa Valentine Clark, whose message of humor, resilience, and wellbeing is sure to inspire and entertain. As a thank you for registering, the first 250 people to RSVP will receive a free wellness swag bag, available for pickup at the event.
