Beef Wellington

Students will prepare a classic menu featuring Beef Wellington, Bordelaise sauce, mashed potatoes, and mushroom duxelles. Throughout the class, students can expect a hands‑on experience with chef‑facilitated instruction, guided techniques, and thoughtful culinary insights in an engaging and welcoming environment. Each participant will receive two (2) complimentary beverages. Beef Wellington Mushroom Duxelles Bordelaise Sauce Mashed Potatoes Haricot Verts $99 per person *Price is per person plus tax and fees.
